MRI Technologist: Operation of MRI scanner for high-quality whole-body scans with an accent on patient safety, protocol adherence, and advanced imaging. Focus on performing complex MR studies independently, troubleshooting equipment, post-processing images, and training new technologists.

On-site at New York City clinic, 312 W 34th St., NY 10001; must be within 45-minute commuting distance. Three 12-hour shifts, Mon-Sat.

$85,000–$120,000 base salary depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Operate MRI scanner ensuring patient safety and high-quality hirify.global scans per protocols
• Prepare scan room, order supplies, clean equipment, and troubleshoot issues
• Use ancillary tools like PACS and software systems
• Perform image post-processing and transfer to PACS
• Train new technologists on safety, preparation, acquisition, communication, and processing

Requirements

• ARRT (MR), ARMRIT or equivalent license; BLS certification
• Completion of accredited MRI or radiologic technology program
• At least 2 years clinical MRI experience
• Proficiency in advanced MR studies independently
• Strong patient care, communication skills to explain complex terms simply
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure team environment
• Must be within 45 minutes commute to NYC clinic
