What you will do

• Architect cloud-native post-trade platforms that are correct, fast, and operationally excellent.
• Own critical production services end-to-end from design, deployment, to incident response.
• Drive cloud migration workstreams to AWS/GCP with automated reconciliation and dual-run validation.
• Pioneer AI agents and tooling for specification, implementation, testing, and operational diagnostics.
• Guide architectural decisions, code reviews, data patterns, and mentor engineers.
• Partner with business, risk, trading, and clearing teams to automate requirements and improve operations.
• Shape infrastructure with CDK stacks, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-region deployments.

Requirements

• Proven track record as senior software engineer with end-to-end ownership of complex AWS-based systems.
• Deep hands-on Java experience in distributed engines and event-driven services; polyglot stack comfort.
• Cloud-native platforms with microservices, gRPC/REST APIs, and AWS services (Fargate, Lambda, etc.).
• Experience with AI agents and tooling for code generation, analysis, diagnostics, or migrations.
• Strong testing discipline and deep distributed systems knowledge (consistency, observability, scale).
• Exceptional communication to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or related field.
