Salary: $130,000 - $195,000

What you will do

• Manage complex restoration projects with minimal supervision
• Design solutions for building envelopes including façades, roofs, and waterproofing
• Conduct field inspections and document work in progress
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and ensure deliverables meet standards
• Maintain client relationships and support business development
• Review invoices and meet service turnaround expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 15+ years experience with building envelopes, restoration, consulting, and forensics
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license
• Demonstrated experience inspecting façades, roofing, and waterproofing systems
• Strong critical-thinking, judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently managing multiple priorities
