What you will do

• Own forecasting models for bookings, revenue, and SaaS metrics, partnering with Sales and Finance leadership.
• Analyze performance drivers like pipeline conversion, pricing, and sales productivity for strategic decisions.
• Serve as systems owner for finance tools including Quote-to-Cash, billing, and variable compensation.
• Build dashboards and conduct deep-dive analyses on deal quality, pricing, and revenue drivers.
• Optimize processes for forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and deal desk operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Go To Market and Product on metrics, systems, and planning.

Requirements

• 4+ years in FP&A, Financial Analytics, or Strategic Finance, preferably B2B SaaS or PLG
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Hands-on experience with finance systems (e.g., SaaS billing platforms, Stripe)
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue models (ARR, MRR, bookings, pipeline)
• Strong communication skills to translate data into insights for stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-product or consumption-based pricing models
• Prior QTC system migration or optimization projects
• Familiarity with financial close, revenue recognition, ASC 606
• Strong project management in fast-paced environments
