What you will do

• Build and lead a team of early career recruiters and program leads, providing coaching and development.
• Design and execute early career recruiting strategies across universities, trade schools, and community programs.
• Develop long-term partnerships with educational institutions and student organizations.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations leaders to define workforce pipeline needs and hiring goals.
• Oversee the full candidate lifecycle and lead campus recruiting events and brand-building activities.
• Define recruiting metrics and develop scalable processes and playbooks for the function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of university or early career recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing leads or recruiting managers.
• Proven success scaling internship programs in high-growth environments.
• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or eligibility for ITAR authorizations.
• Ability to travel seasonally for campus and recruiting events.

Nice to have

• Experience building partnerships with trade schools and community colleges.
• Background in technical recruiting within manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering environments.
• Track record of hiring and developing recruiting talent in a startup environment.
