Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco Bay Area, CA. Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR requirements).

What you will do
- Build and lead a team of early career recruiters and program leads, providing coaching and development.
- Design and execute early career recruiting strategies across universities, trade schools, and community programs.
- Develop long-term partnerships with educational institutions and student organizations.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations leaders to define workforce pipeline needs and hiring goals.
- Oversee the full candidate lifecycle and lead campus recruiting events and brand-building activities.
- Define recruiting metrics and develop scalable processes and playbooks for the function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of university or early career recruiting experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing leads or recruiting managers.
- Proven success scaling internship programs in high-growth environments.
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or eligibility for ITAR authorizations.
- Ability to travel seasonally for campus and recruiting events.

- Experience building partnerships with trade schools and community colleges.
- Background in technical recruiting within manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering environments.
- Track record of hiring and developing recruiting talent in a startup environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to shape team strategy.
