Salary: $51,800 - $55,000 Annual

What you will do

• Promptly investigate claims through contact with policyholders, claimants, law enforcement, witnesses, agents, and experts to determine liability, damages, and contribution.
• Take recorded statements and maintain effective diary management for timely handling.
• Determine coverage, communicate with insured, negotiate settlements, and implement cost-effective resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations and manage indemnity and expenses.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• 1+ years of claims handling/insurance experience preferred.
• State license must be obtained as required.
• Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
