$55,000-$65,000 + performance-based incentives up to $13,000

What you will do
- Oversee all aspects of 3 Walk to End Alzheimer’s events in Lehigh, Berks, and Schuylkill Counties, including budget, timeline, marketing, logistics, and best practices.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage high-level volunteers to attain revenue and team goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, participants, sponsors, community leaders, and corporate partners.
- Prospect, cultivate, and steward teams, sponsors, and walkers through volunteer networks to maximize participation and revenue.
- Organize outreach activities, community presentations, and corporate engagements with volunteer committees.
- Manage event-specific social media and represent the organization at public events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years proven experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers to achieve goals
- Preferred peer-to-peer fundraising or sales background
- Confident, goal-oriented self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to form corporate relationships and partnerships
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel up to 50% in territory
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, social media; ability to learn Luminate/Convio
