What you will do

• Handle all aspects of resolving total loss claims for both carrier-retained and owner-retained salvage vehicles.
• Determine accurate total loss vehicle valuations using various industry resources.
• Negotiate total loss settlements with customers and provide professional service to lienholders.
• Ensure full compliance with state DMV laws, federal laws, and Department of Insurance criteria.
• Manage salvage logistics, including the prompt movement of vehicles to storage-free locations or vendors.
• Process and review DMV forms and other required company documentation.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Auto Insurance in California.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems with a typing speed of 35+ wpm.
• Strong personal organization, analytical skills, and interpersonal communication abilities.
