Subrogation Specialist (Fintech)

Compensation: $17-19 per hour plus commission

What you will do

• Communicate with businesses via telephone and written correspondence to recover outstanding balances.
• Conduct internet searches and review third-party reports to obtain reliable contact information.
• Negotiate claims’ resolution with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties.
• Establish agreements for lien releases and monthly payment contracts.
• Prepare investigative correspondence and acquire necessary background information.
• Maintain account work standards as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 1 year of 3rd party collections and/or subrogation experience required.
• Customer Service experience is REQUIRED.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and data entry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to deescalate adverse situations and exercise independent judgment.
