Salary: $134,000 – $175,000 annually

What you will do

• Enhance and implement audit best practices, processes, and overall strategy.
• Maintain and adjust audit methodology, including policies and procedures.
• Oversee and participate in the execution of the Quality Assurance & Improvement Program (QAIP).
• Develop and lead training strategies and conduct knowledge/learning events.
• Serve as a change agent in continuous improvement programs to maintain a best-in-class audit function.
• Communicate audit workpaper feedback effectively across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of experience in internal audit methodology and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of audit and risk methodologies and supporting tools.
• Experience with SOX compliance testing and advisory work.
• Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
• Must be located in or be able to work from the Warren, NJ office.
