What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for finance dashboards and reporting features, from discovery to final delivery.
- Translate complex financial and operational requirements into clear, intuitive, and user-centered design solutions.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs and pain points in financial workflows.
- Design advanced data visualizations and reporting interfaces to simplify complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Create user journeys, service blueprints, and system maps to structure processes like trust accounting.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to maintain and scale design systems across products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within B2B SaaS or data-heavy product environments.
- Strong experience designing financial dashboards, reporting tools, or complex data visualization interfaces.
- Deep understanding of the full design thinking process, including research, prototyping, and delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout and modern design workflows.
- Must be based in the EMEA region.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating across distributed global teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, and design acceleration.
- Experience with vibecoding or design-to-code workflows.
