What you will do

• Lead hands-on design work in collaboration with developers to ensure project goals and client needs are met.
• Translate complex business goals and user behaviors into intuitive, high-impact designs.
• Create functional prototypes and polish high-fidelity product demos using Figma and other modern tools.
• Guide clients and teams from current states toward optimized solutions through workshops and collaborative sessions.
• Manage work across different levels of abstraction, from big-picture strategy to fine-pixel detail.
• Nurture relationships with stakeholders to help clients evolve their internal ways of working.

Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience delivering successful digitalization projects, ideally in consultancy or client-facing roles.
• Ability to think conceptually and strategically, connecting business objectives directly to design decisions.
• Experience working in interdisciplinary teams alongside strategists, copywriters, and developers.
• Strong track record of involving end users throughout the design and development process.
• Proficiency in modern design practices and the ability to utilize AI tools to enhance workflow.
• Fluent English language skills.
