Salary: £26,350 – £34,800 plus up to £2,000 performance bonus.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of suspect motor insurance claims from inception to completion.
• Assess intelligence and collaborate with investigative service suppliers to achieve correct outcomes.
• Develop and execute investigation strategies based on interpreted intelligence.
• Ensure strict adherence to GDPR, FCA compliance, and company policies regarding Treating Customers Fairly.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive the quality of fraud referrals.
• Minimize claims leakage while maximizing savings and repudiations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of claims handling, including indemnity, liability, credit hire, and bodily injury.
• Proven technical judgment and effective portfolio management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Experience using intelligence and investigative tools to validate claims.
• Must be based in the UK or hold a valid Graduate/Post-Study Work visa with at least 1 year remaining.
