What you will do
- Drive revenue and volume growth through proactive business development and customer acquisition.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key customers and prospects in the Malaysian market.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and demand plans in collaboration with supply chain and finance teams.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform regional and global strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or account management specifically within Malaysia.
- Proven track record of successfully developing new markets or customer segments.
- Experience working in B2B or ingredients sectors.
- Must be based in Malaysia.
- Exposure to cross-cultural and global corporate environments.
