What you will do
- Monitor and manage sell-out volume and market share growth in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
- Implement and optimize POS marketing programs to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Expand the dealer and fleet service provider network while serving as the primary point of contact.
- Oversee store refurbishment and fit-out projects to enhance brand image and customer experience.
- Manage regional reporting, budgeting, and administrative record-keeping.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in a business-related discipline (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in a comparable role with executional accountability.
- Proven track record of success in licensing or franchising, ideally within Retail or commercial consumer environments.
- Experience in consumer research and insights.
- Ability to coach and influence independent business operators.
- Strong negotiation skills with a range of clients from small accounts to national major accounts.
