What you will do

  • Drive key account relationships and ensure the delivery of volume and EBIT objectives.
  • Develop annual sales budgets, account mapping, and engagement plans to grow share of wallet.
  • Manage Key Account P&L performance and negotiate contracts and pricing for new and existing business.
  • Achieve Monthly Demand Forecast Accuracy (DFA) and provide high-quality sales intelligence on market and competitor activity.
  • Execute in-field calls and customer service standards using Solution Selling best practices.
  • Collaborate with operation and distributor teams to align customer growth plans with business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience in Foodservice or B2B Key Account Management.
  • Proven capability in B2B planning and negotiation.
  • Deep P&L understanding and strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

  • Background in the dairy industry and familiarity with global dairy economics.
  • Experience managing key accounts within the food & beverage industry.
  • Combined experience in Key Accounts and Distributor Operations.
  • Exposure to international business development and marketing.
