What you will do
- Drive key account relationships and ensure the delivery of volume and EBIT objectives.
- Develop annual sales budgets, account mapping, and engagement plans to grow share of wallet.
- Manage Key Account P&L performance and negotiate contracts and pricing for new and existing business.
- Achieve Monthly Demand Forecast Accuracy (DFA) and provide high-quality sales intelligence on market and competitor activity.
- Execute in-field calls and customer service standards using Solution Selling best practices.
- Collaborate with operation and distributor teams to align customer growth plans with business strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in Foodservice or B2B Key Account Management.
- Proven capability in B2B planning and negotiation.
- Deep P&L understanding and strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
Nice to have
- Background in the dairy industry and familiarity with global dairy economics.
- Experience managing key accounts within the food & beverage industry.
- Combined experience in Key Accounts and Distributor Operations.
- Exposure to international business development and marketing.
