What you will do

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and perform indexing to ensure accurate data capture.
• Validate purchase order requirements using 2-way and 3-way matching processes.
• Conduct analysis and resolve invoice exceptions via SAP workflow and email communication.
• Ensure strict compliance with FMC accounting policies and meet established SLAs and KPIs.
• Perform quality reviews of processed invoices according to the AP Quality Control Framework.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to process and system transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably within a shared services environment.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP systems.
• Advanced computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work mid-shift (12 PM – 9 PM) to support the EMEA region.
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Invoice Management Solutions, preferably OpenText.
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills regarding accounting analytics.
