What you will do

• Conduct regular quality reviews for Credit Limit Updates, Cash Applications, and Order Releasing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates based on internal findings and GBS CODE.
• Resolve escalated concerns from customers and internal stakeholders regarding outstanding balances and credit management.
• Monitor and report on aging buckets, underpayments, overpayments, and account blocking/unblocking activities.
• Plan and communicate collection activities to ensure regional targets are met.
• Support the timely collection of trade receivables and ensure excellent customer service in every interaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in a Credit and Collections environment and 3 years in stakeholder management.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of SAP AR.
• Strong skills in account reconciliation and customer payment allocation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules or extended hours based on business needs.
