FP&A Analyst

What you will do

• Extract data for financial reporting and create reporting packs, including variance tables and charts.
• Prepare forecasts and simulations, including monthly data uploads and validation.
• Support local country teams with analytical tasks and ad-hoc data requests.
• Implement new procedures and identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
• Maintain process documentation and adhere to agreed service levels and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Required experience working with SAP and EDW (Cognos).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for handling high volumes of financial data accurately.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Amenable to working a Day Shift.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in numerical analysis, reporting, budgeting, or variance analysis.
• Additional language skills.
