What you will do

• Ship beautiful, functional experiences by designing and building user-facing features from concept to production for agricultural finance workflows.
• Own the design system by building and evolving component libraries, interaction patterns, and design tokens across web and mobile.
• Champion product craft by establishing quality standards and processes for elegant problem-solving.
• Scale frontend architecture through improvements to infrastructure, development workflows, and tooling.
• Collaborate with design, product, engineering, and customers to shape visual standards, feature requirements, and technical architecture.
• Influence product direction via user research, design explorations, and understanding of agricultural operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years building high-quality web and mobile experiences
• Design system ownership with experience building or working extensively with component libraries
• Strong design instincts to spot UI issues and create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Advanced frontend skills with clean, performant code, data structures, async programming, and modern workflows
• Mission-driven to solve problems for agricultural operators and family businesses
• Comfortable with ambiguity, balancing user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints
• Collaborative across design and engineering disciplines

Nice to have

• Experience at fast-moving startups, building financial products, or with React, TypeScript, React Native, Next.js
