Location: New York, NY (hybrid prioritized; remote considered for candidates more than 30 miles from office). Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export controls.

Salary: $206,000–$303,000 base (plus bonus, equity, benefits).

What you will do

• Partner with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Account Executives to identify and shape high-impact AI opportunities into technically credible deployments.
• Engage senior engineering and executive stakeholders to translate AI ambitions into structured problem statements and phased roadmaps.
• Assess technical readiness, data availability, and organizational constraints for AI success.
• Convert client conversations into qualified sales opportunities while providing real-world feedback to improve the PAI platform.
• Collaborate across sales, solutions engineering, field engineering, and product teams.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years in product strategy for software with large enterprise clients (ideally engineering organizations)
• 3+ years designing or deploying AI, ML, simulation, or data-driven solutions in enterprises
• Demonstrated ability to translate high-level strategy into implementation roadmaps and technical scopes.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, and production infrastructure.
• Experience with senior technical stakeholders (engineering leadership, simulation/test, data teams).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field.

• Experience identifying repeatable deployment patterns for product insights.
