What you will do

• Invent and scale new algorithms and learning methods for cybersecurity challenges using petabytes of data.
• Build AI and agentic systems at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Threat Research.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to align research with analyst workflows and security operations.
• Identify and prioritize new research areas by staying current with developments in AI.
• Define objective and cost-effective criteria to measure the progress and success of research projects.

Requirements

• Expertise in building AI and agentic systems.
• Proven experience driving objective-driven data science projects.
• PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a similar technical field.
• Leadership experience in driving technical vision and managing project risks and progress.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and Threat Research.
• Must be a U.S.-based candidate.

• Strong publication record at high-quality venues (e.g., AAAI, KDD, CVPR, ACL, NeurIPS).
• Passion for applying machine learning skillsets to the cybersecurity domain.
