What you will do

• Own ideation and execution of high-impact ML/AI initiatives advancing product strategy and technical roadmap.
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models and automation systems for critical business features.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data extraction, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining loops.
• Architect scalable ML/AI components within cloud-based distributed systems.
• Analyze large-scale cybersecurity datasets to improve classification, detection, and automation.
• Drive integration of ML/AI outcomes into actionable product decisions and mentor technical contributors.

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering) or equivalent.
• 8+ years experience delivering ML/AI-powered product features from concept to production.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, distributed compute environments, and cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex ML/AI initiatives with business impact.
• Excellent communication skills influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into high-impact outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with deep learning, GNNs, anomaly detection, or probabilistic modeling.
• Background in defining ML/AI strategies, cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or network analytics.
