TL;DR

Lead Growth Manager (Fintech): Driving operational rigor and GTM execution for the Payments, Lending, and Telco sectors with an accent on revenue analysis, pipeline hygiene, and cross-functional leadership. Focus on developing AI tooling, scaling high-impact growth initiatives, and providing strategic leverage to pod leadership.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; New York, NY; Seattle, WA; or Washington DC

Salary: $135K - $155K

hirify.global is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, focusing on real-time identity verification and fraud prevention.

What you will do

  • Own project management for key deliverables, including revenue analysis, QBRs, renewals, and RFPs.
  • Support renewal strategies through sensitivity modeling, pricing analysis, and risk identification.
  • Lead pipeline hygiene efforts and manage the operating cadence, including weekly team meetings and deal reviews.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on campaign planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Identify process gaps and drive the development and implementation of AI tools and automation.
  • Act as a generalist and force multiplier for pod leaders, taking ownership of ambiguous, high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a highly analytical role (or 1–2 years post-MBA).
  • Strong financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate with a founder mentality.
  • Must be based in one of the specified US hubs (SF, Miami, NY, Seattle, DC).
