• Lead the overall content strategy across campaigns, product launches, thought leadership, and digital experiences.
• Build and manage a clear content roadmap tied to revenue goals, audience needs, and product strategy.
• Translate complex narratives around agentic AI and embedded analytics into differentiated, buyer-centric content.
• Develop content pillars and buyer journeys that position hirify.global as a leader in AI-powered analytics.
• Manage and mentor a lean content team while staying hands-on to shape quality and outcomes.
• Implement repeatable AI-enabled workflows for research, personalization, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content strategy, editorial strategy, or integrated campaigns.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to improve technical content for enterprise audiences.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring content marketers and writers.
• Strong AI mindset: demonstrated experience integrating LLMs into daily professional workflows.
• Ability to translate complex cloud and AI technology into clear business value for executives and technical users.
• Data-informed approach to optimizing content strategy based on performance insights.
