Salary: $330,000–$350,000

What you will do
- Lead and scale the global Customer Success organization across all customer segments.
- Drive measurable outcomes for retention, expansion, and overall customer lifetime value.
- Build, coach, and elevate a high-performing leadership bench of frontline managers.
- Act as a player-coach by engaging directly in strategic accounts and high-risk renewals.
- Foster strong cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
- Utilize data and metrics such as NPS and CSAT to drive operational excellence and transparency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software, ideally within data, analytics, or platform-based solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering retention and expansion outcomes in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Experience leading global teams across multiple regions.
- Exceptional executive presence with a track record of influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.
