Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States), associated with Irvine, California

Salary: $330,000–$350,000

What you will do

  • Lead and scale the global Customer Success organization across all customer segments.
  • Drive measurable outcomes for retention, expansion, and overall customer lifetime value.
  • Build, coach, and elevate a high-performing leadership bench of frontline managers.
  • Act as a player-coach by engaging directly in strategic accounts and high-risk renewals.
  • Foster strong cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Utilize data and metrics such as NPS and CSAT to drive operational excellence and transparency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software, ideally within data, analytics, or platform-based solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering retention and expansion outcomes in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Experience leading global teams across multiple regions.
  • Exceptional executive presence with a track record of influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.
