Accounts Receivable & Revenue Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States; remote-first workplace with optional office use and one annual company event.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 base salary with additional bonus potential.

hirify.global develops cloud-based SaaS software for facilities and maintenance management, serving education, property management, manufacturing, and other markets.

What you will do

• Process sales orders for new, existing, and renewing SaaS customers in SaaSOptics (Maxio).
• Review contracts and process related invoices, billed revenue, unbilled revenue, churn, and contraction requests.
• Manage invoice distribution, dunning, customer aging, collections, disputes, and escalations.
• Prepare AR and revenue reconciliations and investigate discrepancies across billing, revenue, CRM, and general ledger systems.
• Assist with monthly close activities, audits, internal controls, and revenue recognition support.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to improve billing processes and resolve account issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting or related experience in a rigorous, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general accounting principles, and end-to-end business processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical ability, communication, and planning skills.
• Ability to manage routine assignments independently and prioritize competing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• High integrity, ownership, accountability, and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Must be located in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaSOptics, Salesforce, or QuickBooks Online.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models, billing processes, and subscription-based revenue.
