What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end progression of personal injury cases from filing to resolution.
• Send letters of representation (LORs) to insurance companies and third parties.
• Coordinate medical records requests and manage follow-up processes.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide regular case status updates.
• Assist attorneys with legal documentation and case preparation.
• Collaborate with the lead paralegal and legal team to ensure timely task completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of personal injury case management experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (professional communication skills required).
• Strong knowledge of personal injury legal procedures and documentation.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST.
