What you will do

• Prepare and file federal tax returns, including 1120S, 1065, and 1040 with Schedules C and D.
• Balance and reconcile Balance Sheets and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform bookkeeping and manage accounts payable/receivable functions.
• File WA State DOR retail sales tax reports accurately and on time.
• Manage daily accounting operations, including accruals, general ledger and journal entries.
• Oversee payroll processes with ADP Payroll and mentor junior accounting staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional accounting experience with solid expertise in U.S. tax preparation.
• Strong knowledge of federal tax forms (1120S, 1065, 1040, Form 3115).
• Experience with WA State DOR retail sales tax filing.
• Proficiency in ADP Payroll and other accounting systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Must be able to work according to the Pacific Time (PST) zone.
