What you will do

• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns in compliance with regulations
• Assist with tax planning strategies for high-net-worth business owners and related entities
• Research tax issues and provide recommendations to leadership
• Review client documentation for accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Meet with clients to gather information, present findings, and deliver completed returns
• Collaborate across tax, audit, and accounting teams to support client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1–3 years of tax preparation experience, ideally in public accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be based in or able to work from Springfield, MO
• Ability to pass a CJIS background check

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and CPA eligibility
• Experience with UltraTax, QuickBooks (Desktop & Online), and AdvanceFlow
