What you will do

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting for variable labor and fixed fulfillment costs across the Pharmacy Operations network.
• Collaborate with site-level finance managers to create bottom-up fixed cost forecasts and consolidate them into a network-wide view.
• Analyze labor cost variance drivers and improve forecasting accuracy in partnership with the Associate Director of Finance.
• Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to senior stakeholders, including the Finance Director and VP of Finance.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support monthly, quarterly, and annual business planning.
• Implement process improvements to increase forecasting efficiency and reporting accuracy for variable labor planning.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally supporting operations, supply chain, or fulfillment environments.
• Expertise in Excel and strong analytical skills in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Full-time onsite presence required at the Louisville, KY pharmacy offices.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP or Hyperion.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of SQL or VBA for data analysis and automation.
