What you will do

• Lead improvements to data pipelines and design scalable data architecture to support pharmacy interventions and provider incentive programs.
• Develop complex data models for EMR drug delivery and drug economics that scale across various contracts.
• Establish key KPIs and reporting standards to optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end data lifecycle from ingestion and cleaning to core modeling and BI dashboarding.
• Serve as a domain expert for utilization and quality metrics across the organization.

Requirements

• Deep experience working with healthcare data such as electronic health records (EHR), claims, or prior auth.
• Expertise in analytics, data modeling, and data transformation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and dbt for building and maintaining reliable data pipelines.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in a healthcare-focused technology startup, health plan, or provider group.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Python or R.
• Experience with Looker or similar BI tools for analysis and visualization.
• Previous direct involvement with drug or Medicare Part D data.
