SoC Analog & Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States; hybrid work model with time split between the hirify.global site and off-site work

Annual salary: $122,440–$232,190 USD

What you will do

• Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits in advanced CMOS process nodes.
• Create floorplans, extract chip parameters, and simulate analog behavior models.
• Develop and execute test plans against circuit and block microarchitecture specifications.
• Evaluate results and optimize circuits for power, performance, area, timing, and yield.
• Collaborate with architecture, layout, and engineering teams to resolve circuit and performance issues.
• Reduce leakage and power consumption while improving the area efficiency and robustness of analog and mixed-signal blocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field with 4+ years of analog circuit design experience; or a master’s degree with 2+ years; or a PhD with 1+ year of educational or work experience.
• Experience with analog simulation tools and methodologies.
• Experience optimizing circuits for power, area, timing, and yield.
• Experience applying advanced process nodes to analog circuit design.
• Analytical problem-solving, design ownership, technical communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Availability for the hybrid work model and on-site work at the assigned hirify.global site in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Nice to have

• Analog or mixed-signal IC or SoC design experience in advanced CMOS technologies.
• Circuit design and optimization across multiple operating conditions and design corners.
• Low-power circuit design, leakage reduction, or power optimization experience.
