TL;DR

Customer Success Executive (Life Sciences): Owning the relationship, roadmap, and delivery of the Voice Agent platform for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients with an accent on strategic partnership and regulatory compliance. Focus on translating clinical and business needs into program plans and ensuring flawless execution of AI deployments.

Location: Onsite in Palo Alto, CA (5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to pharma and life sciences leaders across business, product, and medical affairs.
  • Lead executive-level engagements, including strategic planning sessions and joint roadmap workshops.
  • Develop and maintain client-aligned implementation roadmaps with clear milestones and deployment timelines.
  • Drive end-to-end program delivery by coordinating between internal AI teams and pharmaceutical client counterparts.
  • Synthesize client insights to influence the product roadmap and prioritization through a voice-of-the-customer feedback loop.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop case studies and success stories that demonstrate platform value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles (management consulting, customer success, or strategic account management).
  • At least 3 years of experience serving pharmaceutical, life sciences, medtech, or biotech clients.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements from scoping through post-launch adoption.
  • Deep understanding of the pharma product lifecycle (e.g., commercial operations, medical affairs, or drug safety).
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Palo Alto five days a week.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) in life sciences, health informatics, or business.
  • Experience in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture Life Sciences).
  • Existing professional network within pharmaceutical and life sciences decision-making organizations.
  • Knowledge of computerized system validation or SaMD regulatory frameworks.
  • Fluency in AI and digital technologies, including safety, validation, and governance considerations.
