Salary: $147,000 – $186,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to identify and define customer requirements and specifications.
• Lead cross-functional product quality planning efforts for upcoming products across different markets.
• Integrate APQP deliverables into existing programs and train stakeholders on APQP principles.
• Serve as the primary Quality team point of contact for customer quality topics and initiatives.
• Administer and improve key quality systems, including customer complaints, management of change, MRB, and internal audits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of work experience in Quality within ISO 9001, IATF16949, AS9100, or GMP quality management systems.
• Strong familiarity with APQP principles and industry standards (IATF, AIAG, and VDA).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Moses Lake, WA and wear required PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, steel toe shoes).
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the year.
