Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and maintain compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA, and EASA standards.
• Develop and continuously improve the site-specific Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage internal, customer, and regulatory audits including corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee the Metrology Lab and calibration schedules.
• Ensure quality planning and risk management (APQP, FMEA, control plans) throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of quality management experience, preferably in the stratospheric platform industry.
• In-depth knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading audits and interfacing with regulators.
• Proficiency with problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, SPC, FMEA) and statistical software (JMP or Minitab).
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
