What you will do

• Lead data strategy initiatives and provide guidance to junior analysts.
• Analyze claim data across Commercial Auto, GL, WC, and ERM lines to identify trends and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to monitor loss ratios, severity, and frequency.
• Support TPA oversight by providing data-driven evaluations of performance and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
• Present actionable findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in insurance claims analytics or a similar data-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience working with Origami or other claim systems and TPA data feeds.
• Prior experience with or understanding of captive insurance.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in claim handling.
