What you will do

• Lead and coordinate all field operations, including supervision personnel, materials, and subcontractor activities.
• Manage craft labor resources, selecting supervisory personnel and forecasting needs to meet construction deadlines.
• Monitor quality control and safety programs, ensuring strict compliance with site safety rules and government regulations.
• Develop cost estimates for labor and materials, collaborating with clients to set and maintain budgets.
• Prepare and update project schedules, including the implementation of the last planner system and two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Liaise with client on-site management personnel and local union leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial project superintendent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and deep knowledge of construction methods.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Point Comfort, TX.
• Strong leadership skills, including motivation, goal-setting, and conflict management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
