Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline telecom projects from programming through closeout, ensuring quality and constructability.
• Coordinate designs, document decisions, and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor Designers and engineers through hands-on guidance, markups, and technical reviews.
• Contribute to firmwide standards and workflows by submitting targeted Pull Requests via GitHub.
• Cultivate client relationships and support business pursuits through technical narratives and interview participation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in AEC focusing on Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, or Low Voltage.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
• Proven ability to lead discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects.

Nice to have

• RCDD certification (Telecom/ICT).
• CDT, CCNA, EIT, PE, or PMP certifications.
