What you will do

• Build scalable infrastructure and automations for large-volume test creation, full-lifecycle monitoring, and process improvements.
• Implement quality assessments and automations for consistency in offshore vendor and automated outputs.
• Influence technical roadmaps, partner cross-functionally to resolve efficiency issues, and own critical deliverables.
• Write Python software for new verticals, leverage AI tools like code assistants for productivity and innovation.
• Lead code reviews, architecture standards, mentorship, performance management, and hiring.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years developing scalable Python software in production.
• Experience building backend infrastructure for tooling and dashboards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomy, ADAS, robotics, or simulation systems.
• Using/integrating AI tools like GitHub Copilot for code generation.
• Driving technical design across distributed teams with strong documentation.
• Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, time-series analysis, Looker/Streamlit, Airflow/DBT, ML data ops.
