What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers initiating insurance claims.
• Receive, review, and process insurance claim documents, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Interpret customer policies and coverage to accurately assess claim eligibility.
• Directly enter benefits into carrier CRM systems with high attention to detail.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all claims, communications, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal Client Executives to facilitate efficient processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be located in or able to work in Peoria Heights, IL.
• 1-3 years of customer service, insurance, or claims-related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in office software and claims management systems.
• Knowledge of life and health insurance policies and terminology.
