What you will do

• Provision, modify, and delete user access accounts in multiple systems ensuring compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning errors to minimize user impact.
• Participate in access cleanup projects for security and audit readiness.
• Process access requests meeting SLAs and document changes in ticketing system.
• Provide first-level support for access inquiries via phone, email, or tickets.
• Collaborate with IT security and application owners on complex issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s in IT preferred
• 1+ years in help desk, IT support, or user access management
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar access systems
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
• Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and IT security basics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
