Salary: $16.20 - $25.43 per hour

What you will do

• Resolve customer inquiries regarding auto and property insurance via phone, email, and live chat.
• Proactively identify unmet customer needs to up-sell and cross-sell insurance solutions.
• Maintain quality and compliance by adhering to company and state rules and regulations.
• Develop and apply deep knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance products and policies.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience through professional written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Must be based in the US (excluding NY, CA, CO, WA, NJ, MD, AK, HI, MA, MN, NM, OR, and RI).
• Obtain and maintain Insurance Producers License and Non-Residence License within 12 months of hire.
• Successful completion of the Service Representative Trainee Program.
• Availability to work shifts between 7:00 am - 8:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday, including some Saturdays (10 am - 2 pm CST).
• Private, distraction-free workspace with verified internet speed (min 10 mb/s download / 1 mb/s upload).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, business, or sales.
• Previous experience in the Insurance or Finance industry.
