Client Experience Specialist (Medtech): Manage inbound/outbound communications and logistics for clinical cancer testing orders with an accent on patient/physician support, sample procurement, and issue resolution. Location: Fremont, CA - Hybrid (Onsite Monday & Tuesday)
Salary: $63,000 - $76,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage communications with patients, physicians' offices, and labs via Salesforce/Service Cloud.
- Follow up on missing requisition info and document case resolutions.
- Coordinate tissue sample procurement and patient phlebotomy logistics.
- Address patient questions on testing and provide status updates.
- Collaborate with lab operations, clinical staff, sales, and billing for timely reports and records.
- Monitor service issues, ensure data accuracy in Salesforce/LIMS, and contribute to improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or related degree preferred; 0-3 years in physician/patient-facing role required.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, diagnostic testing, or lab operations (plus).
- Experience with Salesforce/Service Cloud, LIMS, G Suite (preferred).
