What you will do

• Deliver professional learning and tailored on-site support to K-8 teachers, coaches, and district leaders.
• Support districts in the selection and implementation of online Diagnostic and Instruction programs.
• Analyze student data with educators to apply insights to classroom instruction.
• Collaborate with district and site leaders to develop and revise annual professional learning plans and schedules.
• Serve as a thought leader for the company's mission-driven approach to creating equitable classrooms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, or providing professional development.
• Must live within 30 miles of El Paso, TX.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Strong working knowledge of State Standards for Mathematics and ELA for grades K-8.
• Proficiency with digital assessment tools and comfort applying data to instructional leadership.
