What you will do

• Evaluate underlying claims to determine reinsurance applicability and coverage.
• Interpret reinsurance treaties for accurate reporting and full contractual adherence.

• Enforce compliance with internal protocols and maintain operational integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; reinsurance certifications preferred (ARe, CPCU, AIC)
• 5+ years of reinsurance multi-lines claims handling experience (Casualty preferred)
• Strong understanding of reinsurance structures, treaty language, and claims recovery processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
