What you will do
- Drive acquisition of new broker and agency accounts and oversee pipeline development.
- Manage client relationships and support key account negotiations.
- Implement sales playbooks and collaborate with marketing for lead generation.
- Generate and present weekly sales reports on acquisition and team performance.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor daily sales KPIs and track team performance using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in B2C sales, preferably in real estate, property tech, classifieds, financial services, FMCG, or retail.
- Strong communication, coaching, and people-management skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs.
