What you will do

• Deliver on-site product training and professional development courses for K-8 teachers and school administrators.
• Coach educators and leaders on the effective implementation of Ready and i-Ready to impact student learning.
• Provide tailored on-site support, including lesson planning, pacing, and applying data to instruction.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Common Core State Standards and company diagnostic tools.
• Track and submit detailed training notes and complete assignments in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, or providing professional development.
• Must currently live in or be open to relocating to Tulsa, Oklahoma.
• Strong working knowledge of Common Core State Standards for grades K–8.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation required for frequent travel (up to 80%).
• Proficiency with digital tools, online assessments, and Microsoft Office programs.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching at the secondary (6–12) level.
• Bilingual proficiency.
