Senior Engineering Manager (ServiceNow/AI): Lead ServiceNow engineering, Quality Engineering, and AI Transformation across internal enterprise systems for G&A functions with an accent on platform strategy, workflow modernization, and AI-powered automation. Focus on building virtual assistants, intelligent case routing, GenAI knowledge tools, and self-healing operations while scaling multidisciplinary teams and partnering with business leaders.

What you will do

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in ServiceNow development, Quality Engineering, and AI Automation Engineering.
  • Own ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture, upgrades, integrations, and workflow modernization across ITSM, HRSD, IRM, CSM, and custom apps.
  • Define and execute AI strategy for internal systems, building capabilities like virtual assistants, GenAI copilots, predictive insights, and automated fulfillment.
  • Drive QA strategy with automation-first approach, CI/CD gates, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and business leaders in HR, Finance, Legal to align roadmaps and deliver outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years engineering experience in enterprise platforms.
  • 6+ years leading engineering managers and technical teams.
  • 7+ years hands-on and leadership experience with ServiceNow (required).
  • Deep ServiceNow expertise in architecture, development, integrations, workflows, and governance.
  • Experience leading QA organizations and implementing AI/automation in enterprises.

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS certifications.
  • GenAI/LLM integration with enterprise systems.
  • Experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Okta, Jira, Salesforce.
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
