What you will do

• Support consolidated global financial reporting and analysis, including income statement, KPIs, and performance trends.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level FP&A processes deployed consistently across global teams.
• Partner with Accounting for alignment on actuals, forecasts, and management reporting.
• Prepare executive- and Board-level reporting with variance analysis, trends, and key drivers.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear narratives and actionable insights.
• Support company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning from a consolidated view.
• Drive process automation, improve data flows, and introduce AI-enabled analytics.
• Partner with Data and Systems teams on data quality, reporting accuracy, and integrations.
• Handle ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives, performance improvement, and PE reporting.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
• Experience with consolidated financials and enterprise-level reporting preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements and key SaaS metrics
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) a plus
• Interest or experience in process automation, analytics modernization, or AI applications
• Ability to synthesize data and tell a clear story to senior stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail paired with big-picture thinking
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, private equity–backed environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
